Join Lou Hart, an experienced yoga teacher, for a morning of replenishing yoga and meditation under the shade of our garden tipi, beneath the majestic willow tree with views across the meadows.
During this extended two-hour workshop, Lou will take you through the fundamentals of classical sun salutations, aimed at demystifying yoga for absolute beginners, while also being an excellent refresher for seasoned yogis wanting to refine their alignment.
Learn simple exercises to get your energy flowing, release tension from the body, and clear your mind. The focus will be on breathing techniques that help to calm the central nervous system and prepare the body for deeply restorative poses that you can do at home.
The session will close with a yoga nidra guided relaxation meditation.
After the practice, enjoy some cleansing juice and light refreshments, basking in the glow that comes from doing yoga outside in nature.
