We have been officially ranked as the No.1 place to stay in Stoke-by-Nayland by reviewers on TripAdvisor.
But, seeing as, according to TripAdvisor, the Crown Inn is the ONLY hotel in Stoke-by-Nayland it is even more important that we look past this flattering accolade and see what our guests are saying about us (and all we can say is "Thankyou").
We are delighted to have a ranking of 4.5/5 overall with nearly 90% of reviewers ranking The Crown Inn as either Very Good or Excellent. Naturally we are always looking at ways we can improve and our dedicated team want to ensure you have a 5* stay every time you visit us.
Customer experience is at the heart of everything we do and, when you stay with us at The Crown, we want to ensure you have a relaxed and enjoyable stay. Customer feedback, therefore, is incredibly important and sites such as TripAdvisor give us an invaluable insight into where we excel and also help us to improve our guests’ experience in the future.
As regular users of TripAdvisor will know, you can now see some of the most commonly used words and phrases which appear time and time again in our guests’ reviews (I think this is what the youngsters call ‘trending’). We were delighted to see that, amongst the most common themes were “Pleasant Staff”, “High Standard” and “Lovely Meal” (as well as “Well Stocked Mini Bar” but hey, a short break is always better with a G&T right?).
